Nice facilities, good view, the staff could be more supportive on the service

The facilities are good. Big bedroom, nice shower room and great bedding.

It was crowded and there was no communication on the buffet at check-in or in-room info-screen. Only one signage at the restaurant… so we missed out on that. The staff did not inform us to make a reservation for “over the moon”. Only saying if we come by after 7.30 pm, we can walk-in. We went there around 6.30 pm, there was no seats availability so we gave up. We tried to order aperol spritz but the staff mentioned that they only sold at “over the moon” where they have no space …

Very Good

The general manager Koo was incredibly professional and accommodating, he did a few things during our stay which really elevated the experience for us. Because of this I would definitely recommend this hotel and will also be returning soon! Kids club was very cute and they had activities laid on for the children in the evenings such as painting. Nice idea.

The breakfast wasn’t that great as there were not many options for vegetarians. Nothing at all for vegans. The beachside needs improving. It was full of litter and not very comfortable.

cabana rooms have access to the pool, but felt a bit aloof with no view. good breakfast as the lounge. complimentary drinks including wines and snacks in the lounge upto 1930. mixed reactions about staff. large room with spacious bathroom

No view of the ocean from the room, despite being an expensive room and adjacent to ocean. The access to the hotel is also confusing. pretty pricey

Relaxing and great escape from work and the daily life

The check in was at Sora as this was a Villa and the process was fast. The room was on the second floor and the access as easy. The room was super spacious and expansive. The glass door leads to your own little pool and beyond that a shared pool. Room was clean and had everything you need.

The water pressure of the hot and cool was not even.

Excellent Stay for a relaxing and Escape for your daily hustle and bustle

The journey from the airport to Ana Anan was about two hours but after you reach the place you will know that it is worth it! As a Suite class, you are lead to Sora for your check in (your daily breakfast will be here away from the crowds). When you enter the room, you will be amazed with the spaciousness of the room. The bathroom and the living area could possibilities fit another 4 more people!! Then the view of the sea hits you from the balcony and beyond! It is almost an all inclusive Resort as there are pools, water sports, spa, meals, sky bar (under renovation when I was there), beach bar!

Water pressure could be more consistent and sometimes the floor can be a bit sandy and the lifts wet (but understandable as it is next to the beach. Location is a bit far and the surrounding buildings are a bit under construction but within the Resort is splendid.

Superb

The spacious room with a large balcony which enabled us to have a great view of the sea. The type of the room which we selected provides guests free afternoon tea and happy hour drink while for the breakfast guests are also able to have both buffet as well as a la carte to eat, which is a plus.

Unluckily we were unable to enjoy the tranquillity which we look forward to having since a new restaurant right below us is being constructed and it created annoying noise, which is terrible. The beach nearby seems not suitable for swimming and water activities. In addition, the hotel is far from the city.

Nice, spacious and clean room.

Nice, spacious and clean room. We got upgraded to the room with jacuzzi which was amazing. The place is very peaceful not too busy. Staff were really nice and polite. We had a pleasant stay and will definitely go back again.

This hotel is equipped with many Instagrammable spots, like the double pools, rooftops, stairs and walls. The hotel has nice interior and design. The hotel room is spacious, especially the bathroom.

However, the facilities, particularly the pools, are overcrowded and small comparing to the amount of guests. The bf place should not be the conference room and the hotel beach is a bit narrow. Thus, in my view this may be not a good choice for private and relaxing purposes.

All the staff and I mean every single one of them is super nice :) When I was there, the building next to me is still under construction and the rooftop bar has not yet opened. The pool is fantastic! and so is the food.

The room itself is a little bit too plain, needs more decoration to make the guest feel cozier.

- The swimming pools are just perfect for both couple and...

- The swimming pools are just perfect for both couple and family, they provided 3 main swimming pool as well as the private one for each villa. Recommended for instagrammer. - We got an upgrade to the Ocean sea view one. - The jacuzzi at the terrace are so nice (but you can't use that to take a real shower lol). - The bathroom are so enormous. - Great Breakfast. - Staffs are all friendly and they are everywhere!

- Too crowded during the weekend. You kinda have to share swimming pool with tons of kid unless you use it early in the morning. - It is still under construction, not all the facilities are now available ie. the rooftop pool bar.
